Customer Accounts Department (Sales Focused)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve and support Union/Association members
- Assess eligibility and facilitate member benefits
- Assist with application processes and onboarding
- Maintain and manage customer accounts
- Analyze data and prepare product/service reports
Management & Leadership Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Oversee recruitment, training, and team growth
- Ensure top-tier customer service and issue resolution
- Identify trends to enhance performance and efficiency
- Stay current with industry and operational best practices
